Biografie

Is the executive director of the Independent Journalism Center from Chisinau and  member of the Association of Francophone Journalists. Is correspondent for Reporters Without Borders (2003-2005). Worked as deputy Editor-in-chief of TIMPUL weekly (2001-2002), editor-in-chief of FLUX News Agency (2000-2001).

Graduated from the State University of Moldova, Chisinau (1987-1992) and magna cum laude from the School of Journalism and Broadcasting, Oklahoma State University, USA (2005-2007). Summer Internship, Missouri School of Journalism, University of Columbia, Missouri, USA (05/2006-08/2006).
