She graduated from Moldova State University, specialty Public Administration (Bachelor’s Degree) and Psychology of Communication and Human Resources (Master’s Degree). She worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova as a senior specialist within the Human Resources Management Department and as a consultant of the Professional Development Service.
